What self care do you practice?
I agree. Self care is very important. I try to watch a comedy show at least once a day because I believe that laughing is a great stress reliever. I also crochet every day which I find very relaxing.
I agree, I think it is so important to laugh to help let go of all the stress that we encounter and take on from our patients. I just started knitting and I agree it really helps relaxing because you have to focus on that task. Thanks for sharing!
going out to dinner, yoga exercises, and forcing myself to socialize even when I want to cancel plans bc the truth is I always end up enjoying myself out of routine of going straight home.
