IHI: Quality Improvement for Non-Clinical Teams

Over the last four years, East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) has implemented continuous quality improvement (QI) across all services, clinical as well as non-clinical — including human resources, finance, and IT. A new NEJM Catalyst article explores challenges and what ELFT did to address them, results to date, and lessons learned along the journey.
