There have been a number of revisions made to the 17P Data Collection Document since the July 6th webinar. The old material was removed.
The information and documents below contain the new process of the data collection. The data collection intent is to document prospectively how eligible members are being identified. This can also be used as a basis for a registry.

FAQ: this document is for the data collection for the identification of prior spontaneous preterm singleton births and barriers to access 17P among Medicaid Managed Care eligible pregnant women.
Please note, that the deadline for the first data submission has been extended to October 13, 2017.
