The EHR Road Map
The JENY threads: Health Information Technology, Care Management & Quality Improvement, and Patient Self-Management, work in synchronization with the EHR Implementation Roadmap. Full version available here. (http://jeny.ipro.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=1411&stc=1&d=1146681803) All practices should complete stage 1 of each thread. Those practices beginning an implementation should then move sequentially along the roadmap, while more advanced or EHR operational practices can skip to the stage they feel is most appropriate.
