I never got very far with it, but it was mainly for meditative purposes. I was mostly working on pranayama, the breathing aspect. Haven't done any in years though.

I first start with teaching my kids to do yoga poses, triangle, tree, warrior, flamingo....They love it.
Now I am teaching nurses and care staffs @work the same thing. I added a few cardio components. It's fun and they love it too. It's a very "in" thing to do here in Vancouver. Ever since we have the lululemon store, young people and mid age adults, mostly women I think had gone crazy about yoga. Personally, I like it because it gives me a good stretch, calmness in mind and a fun topic to talk to other people.

I just can't find the time though...So many things, so little time...
I do watch TV, surf the net, or just take care of my flowers/garden...
