Thought it went very well. Ann Marie did a great job considering the time constraints. Zeynep has to talk fast to cover what she needed to cover but she was right on target.

Has anyone used a "Data Wall", like the one Ann Marie spoke about on the call to peak the interest of your physicians and improve performance? If so, what was the format?
Ann Marie suggests a magnified version of your process map with points coming out of each component with the relevant data associated with that component.
