The five modules attached were part of a three hour educational program devoted to progressive intervention in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia. The faculty include Terry Clemmer, MD, Director of Critical Care and Trauma, LDS Hospital, Intermountain Healthcare System, and Vicki Spuhler, RN, Nurse Manager, Ventilator Critical Care Unit, Intermountain Regional Medical Center. They are also the faculty for IHI's national high-risk and mortality IMPACT project.
