IPRO's Consumer Health Collaborative (CHCNY) is a dynamic group of New York State health care stakeholders working together to promote patient-centered care and improve the quality of health for all New Yorkers.
You are free to use this space to communicate, collaborate, and celebrate as we plan our Patient-Centered Care conference. Jeny provides us with a space to post and share ideas about our agenda, speakers, presentations, venues, etc.
