Problem with random audits – At the Advancing Excellence (AE) conference it was discussed that to truly evaluate the care of one resident, we need to monitor over 24 hours
The attached tool allows you to collect data on any process you choose to monitor, at any time frame.
One resident over one shift or 24 hours, or weekly of monthly audits of random records.
