This program was presented by Stony Brook University Medical Center. Stony Brook has been a leader in IHI's national critically-ill and high-risk IMPACT program.
Faculty:
William H. Greene, MD is the Chief Quality Officer and the Senior Associate Medical Director for Quality Management at Stony Brook University Medical Center. Dr. Greene is an Associate Professor of Medicine and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases and Medical Oncology.
Margaret Parker, MD is the Interim Chair of Medicine, and the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Dr. Parker is a former president of the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and was one of the participating physicians in the development of the surviving sepsis campaign protocols. Dr. Parker is board certified in Pediatric/Critical Care, General Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Medicine/Critical Care.
David Tompkins, MD is an Associate Professor of Medicine, and an Assistant Dean for Medical Education at Stony Brook University Medical Center. Dr. Tompkins Chairs the Sepsis Steering Committee at Stony Brook and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
Christine McMullan is the Assistant Director of the Continuous Quality Improvement Department at Stony Brook University Medical Center and is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Business and School of Professional Development at Stony Brook University
