To post a comment/question to any forum or to reply to other peoples' posts, you must be registered on JENY. Registration is free - go to http://jeny.ipro.org/register.php? (http://jeny.ipro.org/register.php)
Once registered, you can edit/change your password or email address by going to 'My Preferences' (http://jeny.ipro.org/usercp.php)
If you forget your password, you can click on the 'Forgotten Your Password' link on any page that requires you to fill in your password.
This will bring up a page where you should enter your registered email address, and an email will be sent to that address instantly, with instructions for resetting your password.
Most of the quality improvement forums on JENY are open to all users to view content, share quality improvement ideas, post comments/questions etc. Some, however, are closed forums - so you may find that you cannot access these forums. These are private member forums requiring a specific password to access content within. If you are member of these closed forums and you have forgotten your password, you should email that forum's moderator or project leader to request the password.
