COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS FOR CRITICAL CARE
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to:
List the steps in the process to convey critical information to team leaders and team members;
State the four phrases you must use to transmit vital information during stressful, time critical, and confusing situations;
