A Special Conference Call has Been Scheduled!

Breaking from your Comfort Zone - Extending the Influenza Vaccination Season
Thursday, December 6
Noon, Eastern Time

Please join the National Influenza Vaccine Summit and CDC on Thursday, December 6 at noon ET as they co-host a conference call about extending the influenza vaccination season. Entitled "Breaking from your Comfort Zone - Extending the Influenza Season," the call will explain the value of extending the influenza vaccination season through the flu season. The call will also provide up-to-the minute information about influenza activity and the status of influenza vaccine supply.

Presenters will be Dr. Andrew Kroger, CDC, Medical Officer and trainer from the Immunization Services Division; Diane Peterson, Immunization Action Coalition, co-chair of the Influenza Summit workgroup on extending the influenza vaccination season.

Also participating is Dr. Andrew Eisenberg, a practicing family physician, who splits his working time between a rural solo practice and a hospital emergency room. He will offer real life practical ways of keeping influenza vaccination in the forefront of your practice.

Dr. Jeanne Santoli, Deputy Director, Immunization Services Division, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, will be available for questions and answers.
